1. Where is your warehouse?

Philburn has two main terminals: one in Mississauga, Ontario (Corporate Headquarters) and one in Moncton, New Brunswick. Our 100,000-sq. ft., 15 door Mississauga terminal is located at 2501 Stanfield Road, Mississauga, ON. Our 15,000-sq. ft., 10 door Moncton facility is conveniently located at 714 Malenfant Blvd., Dieppe, NB

2. How are the goods stored?

Each item in our facility is assigned a specific barcode and scanned into a specific location. Kept in a clean, temperature-controlled environment, pallets may be stored on pallet shelves while smaller boxes and items can be placed on small item shelves.

3. How can I use your warehousing services?

4. What kind of goods do you store?

Our warehouse is equipped to store a variety of products, ranging all the way from electronics to coffee beans. You’ll find that our versatile warehouse space offers appropriate storage for a wide array of items.

5. Do you label the goods at the warehouse?

Yes, all goods can be labelled at our facility.

6. Do you offer pick-and-pack services?

Philburn Logistics Inc. offers a variety of warehousing services, including pick-and-pack. Although our large warehouse stores an incredible amount of products, our cutting-edge warehouse management systems allows us to pick and pack items with great efficiency and accuracy.

7. Do I have to acquire the packaging material needed for my goods?

We are able to provide all the packing materials for your goods, including boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and other basic supplies.

8. What are your packing options?

We offer basic packaging with every delivery. If you’d like to upgrade this option, please contact us for more information.

9. Do I have to do the warehouse inventory myself?

No, you won’t have to worry about counting warehouse inventory. Our warehouse staff can take care of all of your inventory needs.

10. What kind of insurance do you hold?

We are responsible for insuring our own facility and operations. However, the customer is responsible for insuring any good they may have stored inside our warehouse.

11. What if I need higher amounts of items, space, or SKUs than these plans provide?

Philburn is proud to offer our customers multi-tiered storage options. We create a ground-floor layout for each tier to show you exactly how your items will be stored—this also allows for optimal storage solutions. However, if you’re unable to find a plan that’s right for you, please feel free to contact us so that we may customize one of our options to better serve you.

12. Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Philburn strives to meet the increasing demands of all clients; therefore, we are able to accommodate plan upgrades at any time. All plan upgrades will take place immediately unless noted otherwise.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa or MasterCard, or even a direct wire.
